In accordance with Acts 1:8, Sharon Baptist Church also travels throughout the United States on mission trips. In general, one to two national trips take place each year with the desire to continually increase that number by offering trips that families can take and serve together.
In recent years Sharon has traveled throughout Kentucky in places like Williamsburg, Louisville, and Barboursville with the Mission Fuge organization.
Previous trips have also included places in Ohio and Oklahoma.
Most recently, and still ongoing, Sharon has been working with a church in New York City. SBC will partner with Inglesia Bautista Canaan in Queens to host a day camp/VBS.
Student from Sharon Baptist Church will also travel to Jefferson City, Tennessee this summer to work in that community.
